I’m Sarah Shreves, photographer and founder of Shreves Photography.
For nearly two decades, I’ve led creative work that dignifies, clarifies, and elevates. I began as a photojournalist in Uganda, documenting global NGO initiatives — an experience that shaped how I approach every project today: with discernment, integrity, and a deep respect for the people and stories I serve.
Since then, I’ve built and directed multiple ventures at the intersection of photography, brand strategy, design, holistic wellness, and spiritual formation. I’ve guided founders and high-profile clients, developed programs that align inner clarity with outward expression, and cultivated teams and collaborations that bring creative visions to life.

From Global Documentary Work to Transformative Photography
Celebrity & High-Profile Clients – Trusted to photograph cultural icons like Amy Schumer, Karlie Kloss, and Richard Rohr, as well as exclusive brands like Soho House in Hollywood, blending editorial artistry with honest storytelling.
Nonprofit Impact Through Visual Storytelling – Served on multiple boards, including Dressember, using photography to elevate awareness and advocacy, contributing to the organization's growth from $165K to $2.1M in four years and overseeing $1.2M in grants.
Creative Direction & Brand Development – Helped shape the visual identity of Saffron & Sage, one of San Diego’s top 10 spas, leading brand storytelling, marketing, and partnerships to create an immersive, visually compelling experience.
Global Documentary & Humanitarian Photography – Traveled the world capturing the intersection of crisis and hope, documenting humanitarian efforts that bring light to urgent global issues.
Photography is more than capturing images — it’s a modality for seeing clearly, telling authentic stories, and creating connection. Over the years, I’ve developed tools to help clients, teams, and communities see with intention, whether through workshops, visual literacy practices, or immersive brand experiences.
I still occasionally take one-off or boutique photography projects for clients who value intentional, soulful, and elevated imagery — particularly in brand, editorial, lifestyle, and spiritual contexts.
If you’re looking for someone to lead creative strategy, guide visual storytelling, or create meaningful, intentional photography experiences, I’d love to connect.
